KELLY GREENE ELROD

Kelly is the founding member of Greene Elrod, LLC, Prior to entering private practice, Kelly spent six years in-house at Country Music Television and then Viacom, Inc.  While working as an industry insider, she gained valuable insight into the inner workings of a network which is particularly valuable to clients involved in complex production and talent agreements, programming licensing, advertising and promotions.

Kelly’s diverse clientele has included television networks, independent production companies, music distribution companies, independent record labels and artist management companies.  She also represents individuals, including producers, on-screen talent, songwriters, performing and recording artists, talent buyers and illustrators.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Gardner-Webb University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Nashville School of Law.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association’s Sports and Entertainment Law Division and annual attendee of USC Gould School of Law’s Institute on Entertainment Law and Business.

Kelly resides in the middle of a hay field immediately outside of Nashville, TN with her husband, daughter, bonus son, two 100lb shepherds, one 7lb lap cat, a herd of deer and a parliament of wild turkeys.  She is also the proud neighbor of over 100 head of cattle.

Brianna Bartelsmeyer Turner

Brianna joined Greene Elrod, LLC in 2018.  Prior to joining Greene Elrod, she experienced the corporate side of entertainment law while working for the Business and Legal Affairs department for Country Music Television.  She also gained her footing in real estate law, under the mentorship of Craig & Bartelsmeyer in Illinois. Brianna now focuses her practice in the real estate and entertainment law.  

She completed both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and her Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Alabama.  During her years at UA’s School of Law, she served on the Managing Board of the Law & Psychology Review and worked with Alabama Appleseed to create a guide for Alabama lawyers dealing with heirs’ property issues.

Brianna lives in the Nashville area with the two loves of her life: her husband, Harrison, and her adorable puppy, Arya. She loves to travel and try exotic cuisines, as well as curl up with a good book.
